Chemical Mouthwash May Cause Cancer and Heart Problems

Sometimes as a consumer we use the products which could be very harmful for the health. These products may include mouthwash, detergents, tooth powders, insecticides etc. 
The bad odour of breath creates an embarrassing situation, but it does not mean that one should resort to the use of toxic mouthwash available in the market.

In actual practice the chemicals used in mouthwash could be very dangerous for health. The excessive use of mouthwash could even cause cancer of the mouth. So instead of using the chemicals containing mouthwash, it is better to go for the home made products. The homemade mouthwash has no side effect and saves from the risks off mouth related problems. 

The Contents in Mouthwash
The people rarely know that the constituents of the mouthwash could be very harmful for the health as the user may swallow these toxic chemicals. The mouthwash generally contain chlorhexidine, gluconate, ethanol, majilis methyl salicylate etc.  These chemicals could be poisonous. These chemicals kill the dad odor causing bacteria in the mouth. These chemicals are highly saturated which affect outer coatings or membranes of the cell. The chemicals like ethanol and alcohol increase the chances of mouth cancer.  

Harmful for Heart
The use of mouthwash causes cancer and increases the risk of heart diseases. The regular use of mouthwash increases the risk of heart attack by 7%, stroke by 10% and the danger of blood pressure by 3.5 units. 

The chemicals in mouthwash kill the good bacteria with bad bacteria too.  

Homemade Mouthwash

It the problem of mouthwash persists then it is advisable to use homemade mouthwash instead of chemical ones. 

1. The use of peppermint mouthwash is a good option. The presence of antiseptic and menthol in it remove the swelling and pain in the mouth. It also gives relief in the problems related to teeth and gums. 

2. The gurgles of a mouthful of coconut oil is also a nice option of mouthwash. It will remove the bacteria and remove the bad odour too. 

3. In case of permanent problem of bad breath it is better to consult the physician.

The risks of diseases increase in summer as they are related to our eating habits. Several infections spread in the environment due to the increase of humidity in summer. The best way to avoid diseases in summer is to take sufficient water as it will keep body hydrant and help to remove and flush out the toxic and poisonous substances from the body.

The heat stroke is due to severe heat of summer. It is fatal and its symptoms include dizziness, nausea, sudden fall in blood pressure and high fever. To avoid heat stroke cover the head with cloth, wear loose clothes and drink enough water.

2. Chicken Pox
This disease spreads very fast in summer. It is very contagious and spreads by remaining in close contact with the afflicted person. The symptons include headache, fever, running nose and the appearance of granule like water containing spots on skin. A person gets afflicted with chicken pox only once in life.

3. Jaundice
It is also called hepatitis C and is caused due to a virus. It turns the nails and eyes of the patients pale. The color of urine also becomes pale. The disease spreads due to polluted water and infected food. Therefore proper cleanliness should be maintained in summer. The house and food should be kept.

4. Measles
This disease spreads through breathing due to paramyocso virus. This virus spreads very fast in summer.

The symptoms include small pimple like granules of skin, fever, cough, running nose and redness in eyes. The fever reaches to 104 degree farnheit,. The disease mostly occurs in children.

Several health problems arise due to the loss of water in the body. It is called dehydration in which the toxic substances remain trapped inside the body and spread the poisonous material in the blood.

The people do not know how much water is needed for the body and what the harms of excessive water intake are.

A normal person needs at least 8 to 10 glasses of water every day so that the toxins get removed from the body.

Several problems like increase of body fats, weak digestion, improper functioning of limbs and organs, increase of toxins in body, pain in muscles and joints etc. are caused by the loss of water in the body.

The loss of water or dehydration is very serious and damaging problem among those who exercise daily.

The presence of water in the body gets greatly reduced in fever, vomiting, blood infection, stones etc.

There need of water also remains in the body whether the person feels thirsty or not. Sometimes the people drink water only when they feel thirsty. But the body always needs water.

On the other hand, the excessive intake of water removes the vital juices from the body.

Water is better than juice even if some diet experts advise the opposite. Indeed the juice is good for health, but it is time to take stock of the amount of sugar taken with it.

The experts advise that it is healthier to take water instead of juice. But before giving up the habit of taking juice, it is advisable to balance the diet, if you have included juice in the balanced diet. Add salads to the regular diet and include minerals, vitamins, proteins and carbohydrates too.

Sometimes the hands and feet become so numb that we lose the sense of touch and do not feel anything. It is probable that some pain, weakness and stiffness may also appear on the numb parts of the body. The numbness of hand and feet is very painful as the person feels restless.

The numbness of the limbs is a very common problem. There are several reasons for the numbness like continuous pressure on hands and feet, nervous injury, excessive tiredness, habit of smoking, diabetes, deficiency of vitamins or magnesium etc.
There is no need to worry, if the problem persists for few minutes, but it is necessary to consult the physician when the situation remains static for several hours. The prolonged numbness might be the cause of some bigger problem or serious disease.

Home Remedies
There are some home remedies by which the problem could be easily tackled.

Hot Water Bath
First of all put a warm water bottle on the affected area. It will increase the blood circulation and relax the muscles and nerves in the surrounding region. 
Another remedy is to soak a piece of cotton cloth in warm water and place it on the affected place. The hot water bath is another option if the person feels an urge for it.

Massage
Start massaging the affected regions as and when the numbness occurs. It will increase the blood circulation and help in removing the numbness. The massage of warm oil of olive, coconut or mustard will give relief in numbness and bring the limbs back to their normal state.

Exercises
The exercises also increase the blood circulation and enhance the supply of oxygen to the body. The regular exercises of hands and feet for 10 – 15 minutes everyday. The routine of aerobics of half an hour for five days a week should be additionally performed.

Raise the Numb Limb Higher
The numbness generally occurs due to improper blood circulation. It is better to raise the numb part of the body higher to increase the blood flow to the affected parts so that they may function normally. It will help the numb hands or feet to become normal. The affected part could also be placed on a pillow.

Turmeric
The constituents in turmeric increase the blood circulation. It also alleviates the pain swelling and worries associated with the numbness of limbs. Cook a tablespoon of turmeric in a glass of milk and add some sugar to it. The intake of turmeric milk will give instant relief. The massage of the paste of turmeric prepared in water could also be done on the affected place.

Cinnamon
The cinnamon contains chemicals and nutrients which increase the flow of blood to the numb limbs. Add a tablespoon each of the powder of cinnamon and honey to a glass of warm water and drink it every day in the morning.

Vinegar- The Best cleanser

There are several uses of vinegar , and the few of them are listed hereunder.

1. Add little vinegar to kill the odor of lemon pickle.

2. The non-stick pans and utensils could be cleaned by vinegar.

3. The stains left on the crockery could be cleaned by the mixture of salt and vinegar.

4. The mutton and chicken could be cleaned by vinegar to kill all bad odors.

5. The stains on furniture could be cleaned by rubbing the paste of little vinegar added to cigarette ash.

6. Put some vinegar in washing machine after washing the clothes to clean the machine.

7. The bad smells of thermos flasks and water bottles could be removed by putting a cup of vinegar in the bottle and washing it after 2 hours.

8. The gum gets dried in bottles if kept unused for long time. To get it back to its normal form, add 2-3 drops pf vinegar to stop the gum from drying.

9. To remove the rust from knives and scissors, it is better to apply some vinegar on these tools and put them in warm water for 2-3 hours.

10. The leather or foam of detergent or soap will not spill over, if few drops of vinegar are added to it.

11. After dusting the carpet, wipe it with a cloth soaked in vinegar to make the carpet shining.

12. Take half a cup of curd and add few drops of vinegar to it. Apply the mixture on feet and let it remain for 10-15 minutes. Then wash the feet with warm water. This will clean the feet and make the skin soft and silky.

13. Washing the hands with vinegar removes several types of stains.

14. Rub the cotton swab dipped in vinegar on lips, to remove the blackish color of the lips and to make them pink.

15. Wash the hair with a water containing vinegar to make them silky and shining.

It is necessary to change the lifestyle in order to increase the stamina. Good eating habits, nutritious food, positive thoughts and exercises are necessary to boost the stamina.

Choose the work or the activity that gives pleasure to you. If you like cycling of walking, then it helps to increase the stamina. You will feel a great change after running for a long distance or cycling for few kilometers. In dialy routines the swimming, rowing, jogging etc. help to increase the stamina.

Avoid Smoking
The smoking greatly affects the stamina. The bad effect on atamina is more, if you smoke a lot and does physical activity the least. In order to increase the stamina, make sure that you will minimize smoking and give it up altogether.

The stress in workplace or office is not uncommon and it is increasing day by day. The chief reasons of stress are the new techniques which require more attention and time. However the short time stress makes the work interesting and inspires the person to work harder thereby giving the sense of fulfillment after the completion of the work.

1. The increased use of technology is the main reason of stress in workplace. In such cases the stress could be alleviated by exercises, nutritious food, relaxation techniques and proper sleep. These are very effective measures. 

2. The stress also appears due to misunderstanding between the challenge and the pressure of the work. 

3. It could be related with the nature of the colleague. Generally the working or the efficient or leadership qualities of some worker induce a sense of inferiority or inefficiency among other colleagues which is also the reason of stress. It is called second head stress. 

4. Some workers work very fast and it leads to stress among their subordinates. They start believing that the fast working is a criterion for expertise. Some fail to perform under the fast leader and become the victims of stress. It is a common psychology that no one wants to be labeled as a sluggish worker.  He starts running against his nature and the failure causes stress.

Dangers of Sleeping with Mobile Phone

It is dangerous to sleep with mobile phone. Generally the people sleeping with the phone get up in the morning and do the first thing to check the updates of social sites, SMS, voice call and other things on the phone. There is no logic to sleep with iphone or android smartphone. You will not be able to sleep at night if you are made to sleep without the phone.

The sub-conscious mind always remains thinking about the phone and the person is not able to enjoy the sound sleep. If you suddenly get up at night and see the phone, then the eyes give the signal to the brain that the body should remain awake while the brain wants to make the body sleep. The mind does not get time for rest and as a result the amounts of toxins increase in the body and the person fails to enjoy the peaceful sleep.

Due to this there is a loss of focus during the daytime and the body remains tired and sluggish. A sleep of 9, 7 and 8 hours is necessary for the young, adult and the elder person respectively.

Day by day there will be a loss in intelligence due ti insufficient sleep. It will lead to obesity. The metabolism of the body changes due to decreased sleep habits and the body weight will start increasing.



The medical experts advise that the phone should be kept away from the person after 9 PM. Allow the body to work according to the internal clock system of the body. It means that the body should be allowed to sleep when it is time to do so.

The Aliens on Machu Pichu

The ancient place of Machu Picchu is situated in Peru in South America and dates back to the civilization belonging to the pre Columbian times.

 The place lies at the height of 2430 meters above sea level in the valley of Urubamba River. 

At a distance of 80 km from Kujko in North- West, the ruins of the city have become the center of attraction of the world. 

The archaeologists assign the date of 1430 AD to the ruined constructions of Machu Picchu

Historically it is also called the lost town of the Inca civilization.

It is said that the Spanish invaders destroyed the town in their greed for gold. The came here and looted the gold embellished temples and houses.

The great massacre occurred and the remaining people left the place after their defeat.

Mach Pichu is the ancient and the safest place located in the lonely surroundings of Urubamba valley. 

It is believed that the place was visited by the aliens and they still desend to the plece now and then. The strange structures of the place were discovered by a trader named Augusto Burns, but no one paid any heed to the place. 

Then after some time the American historian Hiram Bingham introduced the place to the entire world.

It was declared an ancient temple in 1981 and was given the status of world heritage in 1983. 

The style of the construction is that of the ancient times of Incas in which the polished stones are used. 

The principal structure is that of Intihuatana or the Sun temple and the hall of three windows.

The astronomers believe that the ruins have powerful centers of energy, while the spiritualists find the pious energy in them. 

There is a belief that the internal vision of any sensitive person gets woken up and he gets the power to feel the virtual world, if he puts his forehead on any of the stones of the Sun temple. Such person could also know about the coming events in the future.

Here water came from the natural springs and the drainage system was very strong. The water was distributed for drinking and irrigation purpose in a perfect way in right measures. 

The stone joints were so strong that even a hair could not pass through them. The stones remind of the pyramids, as some of the stones here weigh about 50 tons. 

The presence of astrolabe proves that the movement and the nature of the stars were also closely studied here. 

The Sun temple was the chief center of determining the solar path and other solar activities. The huge constructions of the place would have needed the help of about 500 persons. 

There are about 140 buildings in the entire place.

The high quality technique proves that the place may not be built by the Incas. 

They dis not know about any script or language as such and were also unaware of the use of a wheel.

It is strange that how the huge structures were erected without the help of any tool. Were they helped by the aliens, as the buildings are made from the granite rocks which needs sharp tools to be cut into required shapes.

Relaxing Exercises of hands while working on Computer

Due to the prolonged working on computer, while typing or controlling the computer mouse, a stiffness and numbness in the fingers and a pain in the hands may occur. This problem also appears on account of continuous writing.
The people working on computer for more than  eight hours a day become afflicted with several diseases including stress and depression.
Indeed the continuous staring of computer monitor is harmful for the eyes on one hand and the body on the other. The repeated blinking of the eyes and focusing on the objects at a distance of 20 feet gives relief to the eyes.

Here are some exercises for the hands and fingers.

1. Strongly clench the fist in the form of a ounch to alleviate the stiffnes of the fingers. First fold the thumb and then wrap the fingers around it. Keep the fist tight for 50-60 seconds and then relax the entire hand. Repeat the exercise 3 times after each hour or so. It will give relief from continuous stress and pain caused due to the handling of the computer mouse.

2. Put the fist straight on the table and stretch the fingers by putting little pressure on them. Keep the fingers in this stretched position for 50-60 seconds. Then relax the hand and repeat the exercise 3-4 times.

3. Expand the palm to relax the fingers. It ailleviate the stress on them and help them to work properly. 

4. Stretch both the hands and raise the palm in front of the face and turn the fingers inward from their joints while the palm should appear as if in half closed punch position. Keep the fingers in this tight position for 50- 60 seconds and then relax. Repeat the exercise 4-5 times.

5. A soft ball is available for stretching and for increasing the grip of the hand. Hold the ball in the fist and try to squeeze it. Remain in this position for 15-20 seconds and repeat the exercise 10 times. Doing this exercisethrice a week, opens the joints of the fingers.

6. Put he palm on the table and raise first finger from the table without disturbing the other fingers. Repeat this exercise for few seconds with all the fingers one by one. It also gives flexibility to fingers and they become fit for prolonged work.


7. Tie the fingers with a loose rubber band and put the hand on the table. Then stretch the thumb as far as possible without moving the gingers. Keep the thumb in this position for 50-60 seconds. Repeat the exercise 10-15 times thrice a week to strengthen the thumb muscles and make them more flexible.

How to Remain Healthy in Office

The people spend about 8 to 10 hours in office and it may cost dearly if the health aspects in office are overlooked. Therefore certain measures should be adopted so that the office work and overall helth may not get affected.


1. Get up Early

Working for late hours at night and then getting up late at night makes the life topsy- turvy. Make a routine and set the timings. Early rising gives enough time to get ready for the office without any hurry. Rushing to office puts the person under stress. Early rising also makes the people feel hungry, thereby giving an opportunity to take the breakfast. 

2. Never Avoid Breakfast
 It has been observed that the office going people generally avoid breakfast. It has been found in recent researches in US that the children taking their breakfast regularly were found to perform better and their mental decelopment was far better than those who went ot school without taking breakfast.
Similarly the office going adults would become more agile by following the routine of takin breakfast regularly. Breakfast is the important meal of the day and the people in hurry avoid it. As a result they take anything in the office, which will certainly be not better than something taken at home. Avoiding breakfast also increases the unwanted body weight.

3. Make the Work Interesting
It is always better to enjoy your work. Getting fed up with the daily office routine is natural. The beat course is to take interest in work and try to help someone out of routine daily. Help your colleagues and coworkers. Shun all arrogance and ill feelings as the negative feelings adversely affect the health.

4. Take Breaks at office

The people do not take any break in the office due to work pressure and remain glued to their seats for several hours at a stretch. The prolonged sitting adversely affects the health. Therefore do not remain stuck to the seat for more than an hour and take few strides to give relief to the body.

5. Take Light Exercises

Do not sit on a single chair in the office for longer hours. If you do not want to leave the seat, then simple stretching exercises could be performed without getting up from the chair. The stretching of hands and legs will alleviate stress and increase the blood circulation to different parts of the body.

6. Take Coffee

Earlier it was supposed that dark coffee is harmful to health. But it reduces the production of acid in stomach and icta as an antacid. So it is better to take a cup or two of dark coffee in the office.

7. Take care of Food
Take healthy snacks in order to satisfy the feeling of hunger during office hours. Avoid taking junk food and take home made snacks which are healthier, tastier and having no preservatives in them.

Sunny Leone Tops the List of Internet Searches in India

The data released by the search engine Google in the study entitled 'Year in Search 2014' revealed that Sunny Leone, the porn-star and the Hindi film actor of Indo-Canadian and American origin, was the most searched celebrity on the internet.
She surpassed Narinder Modi, the Indian Prime Minister in search popularity despite his aggressive digital campaign during the last general elections. It is true that Mr. Modi is the first politician in India who has got the second position in list of search popularity this year by leaving behind the celebrities of entertainment industry.

It is for the third successive year that Sunny Leone remained at the helm among the celebrities and was the most searched personality in India.
The sources of the leading internet search engine Google said that the biggest interests, major events and searches that ruled the web in India were as follows.

1. In 2014, Sunny Leone retained her position as the most searched personality on internet by leaving behind the traditional Bollywood favorites like Salaman Khan on the third position. Katrina Kaif got the fourth, Deepika Padukone fifth, Alia Bhatt sixth, Priyanka Chopra seventh, Sharukh Khan eighth and the glamorous Poonam Panday was on the ninth position in internet searches.

4. In India the top five searches in the list of Google were the Elections 2014’, FIFA 2014, iPhone 6, GATE 2015 and IPL 2014 respectively. The 2014 Lok Sabha elections made a history for being the first digital elections in India in which the online presence greatly mattered.

5. The most searched movie on the web was the Bollywood thriller Ragini MMS 2.

6. The most popular tracks that topped the chart of internet search this year were the title track of Bang Bang’s and the ‘Blue eyes’ by Honey Singh.

7. There was an exponential increase in the number of Internet searches in 2014 both on desktops and smartphones.

8. A billion of new users in India joined the World Wide Web in 2014.This huge growth in internet search on mobile or hand held devices in 2014 was due to an increase in the sale of smartphone in India. 

9. The other favorite top searches on internet with handheld devices were the Railway enquirers, cricket news, online shopping, songs, film clips, weather and games. The downloads of wallpapers also formed a large part of internet searches.

Rajan Anandan, the Managing Director of Google India said that, these findings prove that the people are taking interest in national issues. The power of digital media and the unprecedented demand for information was proved by the internet searches of 2014 Lok Sabha elections. This trend reflects the growing digital emergence of India.
